This program is designed to empower girls in the 11th grade with self-esteem, elegance, and promise; to provide an opportunity for younger HS students to engage in our special evening; and to ready them for participation as a Debutante going into their senior year.  Participate in periodic meetings and social activities to help build their confidence, expose them to etiquette and help them develop personally and socially. Serve as hostesses at certain debutante events. Participation in YES Summit; Perform a tribute during the Debutante Ball.

 Objectives:

• Promote high ethical standards, character development, good citizenship, and social graces during the formative years.

• Enhance personal, civic, and leadership development through structured educational workshops.

• Promote camaraderie and positive relationships with other young ladies.

• Encourage high academic achievement for young ladies towards higher education.
